Our Story

The Client Connection

An Idea Is Born

At Legal Liaisons, LLC, our mission can be simplified to one phrase: client services. After years of working in the legal field, it became apparent that the number one client complaint in dealing with attorneys and their legal staff is a lack of communication. Sadly, there’s a reason for this lack of communication: caseloads that far outweigh the in-house employee resources combined with the fact that most attorneys are focused on handling the case, not the client. Let’s face it. You don’t need a law degree to communicate; all you need is time and adequate staff. Unfortunately, most attorneys don't have the time and can’t withstand the cost of hiring more employees. So I thought: What if law firms had a viable option outside of hiring additional employees, employees who rarely have the legal experience needed for law office efficiency? And then it hit me: Attorneys need a liaison to delegate projects, document preparation, and general law office management to that can work with their in-house office team so that they can spend more time developing client services to promote client communication and office efficiency. That’s how the idea of Legal Liaisons originated.

Additionally, we maintain a Conflict of Interest Policy outlining the appropriate steps to be taken by our paralegals should a conflict arise.
